The staff team at Cobscook Institute in Trescott recently completed an opioid overdose reversal training faciliated by Healthy Acadia's Katie Sell. The seven staff members explored the signs and symptoms of an opioid overdose and learned how to respond in the event of an overdose.

Once they completed the session, each staff member received a naloxone (Narcan) kit and additional educational resources that could help them save the life of someone experiencing an opioid overdose.
