Cobscook Institute welcomes Shaun Haskins as new Development Director

Cobscook Institute is pleased to announce that Shaun Haskins will be joining Cobscook staff as their third Co-Director/Director of Development, joining Cobscook’s two other Co-Directors to complete the executive leadership team as the organization lives into a new model of shared and distributed leadership. Shaun is intimately familiar with rural Maine having grown up in Kenduskeag. He has lived in various places around the globe and country, and most recently moved back to Maine from Eugene, Oregon where he served as the Business Operations Manager at University of Oregon School of Architecture & Environment. 

Shaun recently shared, “I’m inspired by Cobscook Institute’s mission of enhancing the wellbeing of our community and its members through the creation of educational and creative opportunities and in serving as a hub for community-focused activities. I’m excited to have the chance to work alongside such a talented and dedicated staff and board and I am most looking forward to connecting with members of our community to find ways to better bring the story of Cobscook Institute out into the world and enhance the reach, impact and resilience of our amazing programs and facilities.”
