Mary Anne’s Impact: Mary Anne has served on CCLC’s Board and has worked to support the development of the Transforming Rural Experience in Education (TREE) program. Now, as the principal at Calais High School, she continues to support CCLC through their partnership with the Cobscook Experiential Program.
When Mary Anne first learned of TREE, she said, “I want to help make this happen. This is exactly what we need.” Born and raised in Washington County, Mary Anne recognizes both the joys and the barriers to residents here and appreciates CCLC’s work to reduce those barriers. As one CCLC staff-member said, “It is a great privilege to be working in partnership with this dedicated educational leader.”
